The worst experience I aver had trying to buy a car. BMW finance completely wasted my time and is unfairly blackballing me, preventing me from getting a car. I put down a deposit and was very happy with my sales rep. Of course the finance department ruined everything. I would think twice before trying to buy or lease a BMW. You will have a lot of new inquiries on your credit report for nothing.

When I was in a wreck and the insurance "totaled" my car, when it was very repairable, Ryan Holderin at BMW worked to override their "policy" so that I could retain my car and have it repaired. The only problem person at BMW was someone named Dawn who told me in very hateful terms that I could not get my car back.

My wife and I have leased 5 or 6 new Toyotas of varying models over the years from Tony and Igor and both have always been friendly, helpful, informative, and with our best interests at heart not only financially but to obtain the maximum satisfaction with each new car. We have never been disappointed and highly recommend them and Elmhurst Toyota to anyone in need of a good deal.
We just purchased a 328xi from Elmhurst BMW and had a very good experience in the areas of salesman knowledge and support, pricing, and closing paperwork. I would strongly suggest you visit Elmhurst BMW before you buy a car from any other dealership...it really was a pleasure to buy a car from them.
Michel and Eugene did a great job.The dealership is immaculate and they said I can come get it washed anytime.They hand wash the cars so there arent any swirling brushes.
