Lulu is a must! – Any treatment by lulu is a wonderful experience
Wonderful Massage – Beautiful spa and a wonderful, relaxing massage! Massage therapist was very respectable and did a great job. The price is definitely great for the level of service at Athena. Only problem was that while in the treatment room you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside, people talking/laughing, doors slamming, cars in the parking lot, etc. If you are looking for quiet while getting your service done this is not the place for you. But if you don’t mind some outside noise then it’s no big deal.
The Biggest Loser Program – I never thought I could get the weight off, but Athena's Biggest Loser Program not only taught me how to eat, but how to properly exercise for my lifestyle. The atmosphere is one where women help each other reach their healthy goals. I lost 22 lbs. in 6 weeks and won a Spa Day.
Great atmosphere and safe place for women! – I am a member of Athena Health Club & Day Spa since Jan 2009. The atmosphere is very inviting and productive to both workouts and relaxation. friendly staff and a safe place for women.
Pretty good spa, but what happened to the Maryland Farms location?! – I've been to Athena at least 15 times for massages and eyebrow waxes; the waxes have always been done very well, and the massages have been hit-or-miss. I do like that they show you into the locker room and have you change into one of their cushy robes and give you comfy flip-flops to wear...that's much more relaxing than having to strip out of your close in the massage room! A real destination spa – I was very pleased to find a true destination spa in Nashville. I have traveled quite a bit with my career and have had the chance to visit many great spas, so it was great finding a treasure like Athena in my own city. The staff are genuine and very professional. I received an awesome massage from a well trained therapist named Roy who knows alot about his craft. Athena Health Club and Day Spa, Brentwood, TN – First of all I have had many spa services over the years and Athena Health Club and Day Spa in Brentwood ,TN more than met my expectations. I went several months ago. It is one of the few where you can be scheduled on Sundays and Mondays and early evenings, besides the regular Tuesday -Saturday hours.
