When I first got it they said I would only have to pay $100 and now $1450? No good!!
When I first got it they said I would only have to pay $100 now a year later it’s $3000 plus they keep not charging the right insurance and says the contract me when they didn’t. They are taking advantage of people that are going though drastic medical issues. I thought I was going to be paralyzed a year ago and now I have to deal with this. DONT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!!!
Very expensive for any simple blood work.. Bad customer service.. I don't recommended at all.
My doctor ordered a test and faxed over the info including their financial aid program that I filled out. When I called the woman on the phone assured me that I qualified and that I wouldn't be responsible for more than $100. So I had the blood drawn and sent in. They called me and left a voicemail so I called them back the next day and they basically want payment before they can process my blood work. They said they never received that financial aid paper. I also sent in one that came with my kit that was mailed to my house... read more
