These guys are incompetent crooks!!!. My experience with them included over-billing, willful negligence, massive cost overruns, inability to meet any deadline at all, and drastically overstating their experience and capabilities. After 19 months, on a project that should have taken 9 months, they were unable to even get the plans for a simple 4 unit townhouse project into plan check. They talk a good game, and are very good at making their clients feel imoortant BUT: USE THEIR SERVICES AT YOUR PERIL
