Had the part I needed to get my AC going
Absolutely RUDE. I knew exactly what I needed, as my brother in law who owns an HVAC company had told me what to get (and where, and I should've listened to him). The older gentleman in the office came out and basically told the younger guy I didn't know what I needed. Gave me a slightly higher capacitor than I wanted(didn't notice until I got home, because I figured he listened to what I told him) luckily it will still work. The price was 6x what the next highest price was anywhere else.. I will NEVER set foot in there agai... read more
