It is always clean. It seems to me that the staff is just a cleaning service. If they were serious about keeping members engaged and really improving their clients' they would provide advice on workout equipment, walk around and see if they can help with proper form to avoid injury and get the best results. As I continue to workout I tend to go to the same machines all the time because I don't know how to use other equipment or work on particular areas of concern. I would love some advice occasionally. The only thing I miss from my old gym... is the pool.
Wanted to start working out! This fitness center is the best thing I've done in a long time!! The workers are always cleaning, wiping, and doing laundry to make it a great place to work out!! Great atmosphere and always open!! 😀👍
Yesterday was LEG DAY and my ass is killing me....
