I cant believe the way I was talked to today. Don (the manager) called saying Im going to be suspended for not re-racking weights. Never has anyone said one word to me about racking or re-racking weights. Then he got an attitude with me when I told him if Im suspended cancel my membership. He stated that if I ever have anything said to me again my membership will terminated and I will have to pay a 30 day termination. HELL NO!!! CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY!!!! It is always clean. It seems to me that the staff is just a cleaning service. If they were serious about keeping members engaged and really improving their clients' they would provide advice on workout equipment, walk around and see if they can help with proper form to avoid injury and get the best results. As I continue to workout I tend to go to the same machines all the time because I don't know how to use other equipment or work on particular areas of concern. I would love some advice occasionally. Wanted to start working out! This fitness center is the best thing I've done in a long time!! The workers are always cleaning, wiping, and doing laundry to make it a great place to work out!! Great atmosphere and always open!! 😀👍
Yesterday was LEG DAY and my ass is killing me....
We just joined ATC on Exeter in Germantown Tn. A week ago. It's very clean and has beyond helpful and friendly staff. They really care and want to help with the smart start or any way they can. I'm so excited and it already feels so comfortable working out regularly. I can't recommend this location enough!
Very nice Large Gym & never have to wait on equipment! ��
