Great Machines, Staff is very friendly and helps any way they can. This is the best gym.
I enjoyed the 24 hour access and it's always clean .
This gym is always clean n I love the fact their is open 24 hours. Olive Branch police ride throughout the night so when Ur there late you still feel safe. Thanks ATC.

Just nOT the same as when it opened! Overcrowded and equipment is old and dirty! I was original member and it's sad....lower the prices from the Old Dac East and starts. Going down hill!
I like that you can work out on the treadmill and watch your favorite cable channel to help pass the time.!
