I spoken to VERY rudely over the phone when I asked for a price clarification on a shampoo, cut, and style. She asked if my hair touched my bra strap, I said I didn't think so, then she said the price would be between $38 and $43. When I asked what the difference was she every rude and condescending. She said something close to, "Well obviously I can't see your hair through the phone can I? I mean if I could I could tell you exactly. I called Bette with my tale of woe...a horrible haircut that had me crying buckets. The reviews led me to believe that she could help....and she did. I had a hard time keeping the tears of joy from falling as I looked at the results. She is a skilled professional with caring ways. She fixed my mess and I have found my new home for my hair.
