Very unhappy with our dinner on Sat, Dec 7. Party of 8, 3 people ordered short ribs and chef served us bbq ribs as a substitute without even consulting us. Server unaware of the substitution and apologized saying the chef told us which he did not do. Only offered us comp desserts which we declined. Poor business decision @ The Deck. Maybe a free cocktail would have smoothed things over a little bit.
The Deck was the perfect place for a rehearsal dinner. The food and service was excellent.
The best in Newport!!
