Horrible experience. I bought a trailer from here. They wouldn’t honor anything. They just told me to call the manufacturer. They don’t stand behind any of their product. They are overpriced and you can find way better trailers out a better price at different dealers around the area. Horrible craftsmanship.
I honestly regret purchasing this product. The quality is far below what I expected, and it feels like it was made with the cheapest materials possible. Within a short period of use, I noticed multiple issues that should never occur in a product at this price point. Our Wilmington company delivery truck liftgate broke and was stuck in the down position 5 inches above the ground. I called, spoke to George which he said come on by and let’s see what I can do. His staff and himself came right out, got the lift gate back up so we can get back to Wilmington. I can’t say enough about his company’s professionalism and accommodation.
