do not tan - all the scam reviews are true – hello everyone. despite reading the reviews - and only one good review, i decided to check out this salon since it was close to my home. First, she was dishonest about my contract - yes it was 12 months with 20 enrollment fee but didn't tell me my first month was 39.90 - this is all for the regular beds - and, might I say, they are NOT the best beds in town. upon reading my lengthy contract carefully, I am able to cancel my account within 24 hours. best place to tan in town – i have been coming here for years and not once have i had a problem. the staff is nice and proffesional. this place is so unique you will not find another tanning salon with beds like this, this contract they have you sign, its a contract why would you sign a contract if you know you will not use it. anyways i have never been treated nicer this location is amazing and no other superstore looks quite like this one.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! – SCAM artists, I can't believe they are still around. Signed up for a month-to-month membership to "try out". Was told I can cancel anytime for $75. Turns out it was a two year loan commitment. It's making my credit history go down, because of revolving balances. I don't believe them! Called multiple times, everyone was a moron. worst company ever! do not go here! – You are not able to cancel your membership. I have been trying to fight this for 6 months now. I am not able to use the beds. i tried the mystic tan and it is horrible. They will not cancel my membership and sent me to collections. I am trying to put together a case against them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER – I can honestly say that I have never had such awful customer service anywhere. I received a mailer for a week of free tanning here and when I took it into redeem it the girl said that I could not use it unless I bought a package. I told her I just wanted to tan twice before my honeymoon and she told me that it would be ineffective for me (I have been tanning for years and tan very quickly-and have never burned). Scam, Rip-off, Con Job, go anywhere but here – I wish I would've checked out the citysearch reviews on this place before I signed up. Like others, I went in to sign up for a few sessions before a trip to Mexico. The woman at the front desk was funny and flirtatious, gave me a tour of the place, and suggested I sign up for a 12-month contract, because I'd get the best price. This place is a rip off! – Can you not just walk in the door and go to the tanning bed anymore? There was so much hassle involved with this experience from the beginning. (tour, contracts, purchasing the protective eyewear, lotion) I clearly let them know I was only interesting in tanning a few times to get ready for a trip.
