There was hair in my water. I was not happy at all. I don't know whose hair it was, but I definitely lost my appetite.
The service just wasn't up to par with other local places, and it affected the whole atmosphere, making it not feel especially warm or welcoming. Maybe it was just a fluke, but I probably won't be back any time soon.
Yes i enjoyed a wonderful breakfast on the deck on a perfect north shore day. Maret had the savory crepes. I had the Charcuterie and cheese. I believe dan had the cranberry wild rice waffles. Superb breakfast. Just right for my tour of the Glensheen mansion. With Dan Bylander and of course his Maret.
There is nothing to not like at this restaurant. I want to go there every time I am in Duluth.
The best fish tacos I've ever had. I wish this place was in Chicago. My wife and I have started taking annual trips to Duluth and we discovered this fantastic restaurant our last trip and now we are going to make a point to go there every time we're there. My wife has been gluten free for about a year now and it's hard for her to find a good gluten free menu and this is by far her favorite one she's ever had. Definitely go if you're in the area. You will not be disappointed.
Food was amazing and very reasonably priced!! It was amazing that I could have my pup out on the porch with me. Will definitely revisit!!
