I’ve been doing this for a very long time,16 years to be exact and been apart of multiply agencies . Each one has been a different experience for me within the years of doing this, I’ve never had so many issues , this agency doesn’t pay holiday pay or pto atleast I been there a bit and after six months you’d think you’d earn time off but no they also say their agency is falling apart cause they pay me overtime yet I was hired on with them knowing that and telling me it wasn’t an issue . The office staff especially the coordinators are very pleasant to talk to. They go above and beyond and they do CARE for their clients as well as their caregivers. They choose their caregivers well and always makes sure the client's needs are met with utmost professionalism. Kudos to the management and very thankful for the kind of service they provide
