I really recommend this place. I give it a five star. We were only up here in Springfield Missouri for a month from California. They got us a place within a couple days and the move-in was smooth.
Maintenance DOES NOT want to fix anything IMPORTANT. 4 requests for mold removal/tub replacement were all declined and ignored. It took 10months for someone to gut it out and remove mold out of the wall and put a new tub in. First guy covered it up with caulking second guy said “I’ll pass “. Third times a charm and he fixed it right it just took 10 months of back-and-forth requests. We had a LEAD EXPOSURE and still waiting for them to retest.
