Moving in was smooth. Everything has an app. From sighting imperfections to calling for fixes. All has gone well. I would recommend At Home Reality to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! This was the absolute worst property management company I have EVER rented from. House was absolutely filthy when fiancé moved in. We had to clean the entire house before we could even move our stuff in. They are in no hurry when you make a claim though them. Security deposit haha yea right, you’re not getting that back. I’ve enjoyed everything about my experiences with At Home. They have affordable listings, they are extremely welcoming and eager to help. They also have everything laid out step by step, with an application tracker so you’re never in the dark about where you’re at in the application process. Its been an easy transition from the old place, which is a relief.
