Worst company I've ever worked with. They were rude and indifferent during the training class when I asked questions. They ALWAYS wait at least 48 hours before returning phone calls. They weren't helpful at all when there were problems with my CPAP. They awere sadly very indifferent.

While I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the products I have received from this place, I'm at least giving them two stars b/c the few interactions I have had with their staff have been positive. The tens unit is by far the lowest quality I have ever received from a prescription. (This is my third.) And it's the only one they offer. I sincerely appreciated that they delivered the wheelchair to my home, but the wheels have jiggled badly from day one. Very low quality. Very disappointed.

Worked for this company back when it first opened really nice staff, very professional. I received my Home Health Aide Certification and my CPR license. Company has ways of showing appreciation to staff which is rare and great. Have recommended nurse aides over the years.
