As a renter at one of the properties managed by J Wallace properties I can say clearly I will never rent at another property managed by this company. Elevators have been out for months and there seems to be nothing but “Oops sorry” as a response with no conclusive end in sight. Obviously this is an extremely lackadaisical business (to be generous).
