I purchased a mattress from their store after laying on the floor model for some time and found it quite comfortable. Mattress has been stored horizontally under seven other mattresses and a working I had to dig it out. I was told this would not affect the mattress . When I got it home the mattress sank all the way down to the foundation, offering no support. Very much unlike the floor model which had great support. I contacted the store and was told they are not offer refunds or exchanges on mattresses. Even defective ones!... read more
