The nurses and staff are wonderful to work with and extremely understanding of family dynamics and elderly care situations. We worked with them for both in homecare and hospice care for my mom for nearly three years. There was staff available to talk to 24/7 and managing meds and equipment was seamless. The transition was smooth from in home care to hospice care and Lori walked us through it all from the beginning to end of life care for my mom. She checked vitals, answered medical questions I had, & gave me excellent tips on continuing care after discharge. Rizalle even arranged a home service I didn't know I was eligible for!
