Since my mom has been stable, her weekly visits with At Heart will sadly come to an end. I am very happy my mom is stable but always looked forward to the weekly visits for more than a year. It always gave me a sense of peace knowing that any concerns about my mom were always acknowledged and addressed weekly. At Heart has always been amazing. I had a tib-fib fracture on May 16 and received home health care during my recovery. My nurse, Rizalle (Risah), was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always made me feel well cared for. Her professionalism and genuine concern made a difficult time so much easier. I truly appreciate everything she did and highly recommend her! The HHC was a great agency who did follow-ups and kind.
