We stayed at " Thundering Horses". Very peaceful, pretty private, and loved the host.
I never wrote a review from when I got married there.. 2 years ago � Was looking again and thought I would share my experience. The couple that runs this place are beyond kind and the cabin (sky view) was amazing. The wedding was small (what we wanted) and so glad we went with them. The personal touches added to cabin when we arrived was very touching. I loved reading the journals. My husband and I stayed in Tall Pines for our 20th Anniversary while our kids were at camp. We had a lovely time. The hot tub was perfect and clean. It was wonderful to come back to it after hiking. Renee gave us directions on how to get around. The bird watching in the morning was phenomenal. We had our own binoculars and bird book with us. I appreciated the stoneware coffee mugs. The lotuses in the pond were beautiful and they had lots of frogs on them. It was a great trip!
We had so much fun ...my kids loved it..can't wait to go back!
