My family just spent the weekend tipi camping here. It was such a relaxing and fun weekend. The tipi was awesome. Although the temperature outside was cold we were warm and toasty inside by the fire. My teenage age and grown children loved the novelty of staying in a tipi. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He had so many tips about where to go and what to see in hocking hills. We definitely will be back.
We had a great time staying in the Thundering Horses tipi. The check in was easy, the area was very clean and private, yet close to everything we wanted to do. The owners were super friendly and gave us great tips on where to go, where to park, etc. My little ones loved staying in a tipi even though their was no electric or bathroom, it was a great adventure for them. We will definitely return next year for another stay.
Absolutely loved it. The owners are incredibly friendly the scenery is wonderful and Glaciers Edge was beautiful and comfortable.
