Miscommunication between sales and the customer. I was told that if I bought the coverage my phone would be covered in case of accidental damage, cracked screens, etc. BUT, in fact accidental damage is NOT covered. If the front and back of your phone is damaged, you can FORGET ABOUT USING THIS COVERAGE. So throw your "peace of mind" in the garbage along with the phone that you so foolishly paid for Asurion coverage on for months and years. This company is a JOKE.

Stunningly unhelpful
This company is trash employees are morons and nobody gives a damn to actually solve your problem and replace your item in a timely manner. Why do I need to suffer as a result from an employee too dumb to know the difference between pick-up and drop off?? I will review every single asurion every day until my replacement headphones or E gift card comes and they will not be kind because no one was kind to me to ensure my problem is solved before a damn week. This company sucks and the supervisors suck too!!!
ASURION IS A SCAM!! I got an asurion plan a couple months ago, they have denied every single claim I have made, with no good reason. The support is totally unhelpful, and the claims review team essentially just tells you to screw off. When I heard about it, it sounded too good to be true. And of course, it is. Do not pay for this service, don’t waste your money.
