I had a terrible experience. They had 2 iPad pros with crakes screens. The never called, never answeeed the phone and when I did get someone they claimed the screens were shipped. After 3.5 weeks I find they never ordered the screen and want another2 weeks to repair them. I don’t believe them or trust them
