I didn’t get the gentleman at the counter name but he was excellent. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the issue we had. He recommended shipping the item out to be fixed because there is probably extensive damage that would cost more.
First, I went to get my phone screen repaired on January, then after a couple months the phone screen crapped itself, as the first time they installed it they left the screen elevated and it wasn't even flush with the phone (they said it would be fine and it would fix itself). Then, when I return they fix the phone, tell me the warranty was actually void because of literal COSMETIC damage, and that they hadn't noticed so I got the repair anyway.
