My phone hasn’t been charging and I had 2 choices, get a new one or deal with it not charging all the way….. I took it to uBreakiFix and The woman who helped me looked at it and said it may have dirt in it, wait here i’ll check. She came back and had it fixed. We didn’t talk about price or what was done. I had a number in my mind and she was more than fair. Anything is worth what you are willing to pay. I would give zero stars if I could. Never even tried to fix my laptop and lost it.
They were attentive to my needs and even took the phone back to check a different issue I faced free of charge. Would do business again

Started the claim online, said the parts were available in store. Called the next day and confirmed that parts were available and that they’d be able to get it done in a time frame. Dropped it off close to 1pm and was done by 2:30. Couldn’t have been easier. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Spent hardly anytime in store very quick service.
