The worst store where I had my phone repaired, they told me it would be in 3 days, I waited 20 days, no one called, I came to the store and they told me that the connector couldn't be repaired, they didn't even let me know or write me an email, if I don't come, I'll be waiting and I don't know what to do after 20 days, I came to get my phone, I just wanted to pick it up, they told me to wait, I waited an hour and they still didn't bring it, the phone should have been repaired a long time ago, but apparently they fixed it, wh... read more
My phone just completely went black while I was using it, so I was glad it was fixed in just 3 hours!
WOW! What a exceptional service was rendered on visit at uBreakFix in Langhorne PA. Warm welcoming and dedication of Paul, technician to resolve my issue which Samsung failed to fix it. I would recommend this store for computer, mobile and other electronics issues . Kudos! to entire team at Langhorne location. 5 +
Sent my Wii in for repair. It took them 3 weeks to not do anything with it, charge me $60 to “inspect” it and send me home disappointed. Id rather send my Wii to my friend’s drunk uncle to be fixed than this place again.
