Everytime I’ve come here I’ve gotten excellent service. This time Nidhi went above and beyond what anyone should have to do. You do not pay her enough and the only problem I had was that she refused to let me tip her. Seriously, who does that!
Brought in my phone for a new battery, and they fixed that just fine! Unfortunately, they broke the volume buttons. When I brought it back the next day to address the issue, the employee lied to me TWICE; first she stated that I must have been the one to break it after receiving it back the previous day, and when I told her the volume buttons had worked when I had brought my phone in the first time, she then told me that she had tested all of the buttons before giving it back to me, which not only contradicts her first state... read more
