If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute waste of money to purchase this plan. Breast pump purchased broke within a month. The only way to get a replacement is to send it back to them, which means weeks without a pump. I already spent $268.00 plus tax to get this one, on top of their $40 warranty. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My phone has been damaged for three weeks, and despite submitting two claims, both were denied with no clear explanation. Customer service keeps sending me in circles while I remain without a phone. I'm only giving them one star because I have to to leave a review I have paid them $16,50 a month for 18 months my pixel 8 started acting up at the end of t2025 freezing touch screen keyboard stop working cleared my cache so many times I can't count tried to get warranty they would send me new phone for $285 plus shipping the that plus the 18 months of payments on the warranty makes it more than a new one at Best buy what a waste of money avoid assurion warrantirs not worth it
It’s a true scam. If you want to use any of the insurance promised, good luck. To fix my phone part there was a “premium of $300” after paying $1100 in insurance fees over 2 years To fix it from a third party was $180. Apple Store, $200. The worst part was the customer service.
