Very professional. Very friendly. Asked good questions and answered all of mine. She does her job very well. It was a very pleasant visit about a procedure which usually not. So that is very helpful.
I was pleased to have my pre-colonoscopy interview with Ms. Murata. Very easy to talk to, very observant of my medical history and asked good questions about my overall health. I had no concerns discussing personal medical issues with her; she was very professional and also had a good sense of humor too. In my opinion, she is a great asset to GI - South.
She asked appropriate questions, seemed knowledgeable, and arrived at an appropriate conclusion.
Asuka was very polite, explained things very clearly and listened to my responses. She answered any questions I had.
This was the first time I was put to sleep for a procedure. Needless to say I was terrified, but Asuka’s calm demeanor calmed me. Exactly what I needed. Thank you.
