Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Without a doubt, they were the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible.
