Have rented from Astro twice! Professional, polite and on time! Very pleased. Price was great also, especially for an overnight rental.

They returned all calls, verified times, showed up on time to drop the dunk booth off and to pick it up. Kids loved the dunk booth. Thank you!

Almost 2 hours late; I had to call to see where they were. Gave an excuse of setting up another party in Indiana. That's fine, but call if you're going to be late? Then they claim they had a wrong address. Again, just call if you're lost. We had 20 kids waiting patently at Cherokee Park and they said the best they could do was take off the rental fee for the generator. No. Not acceptable. They are still not at the location to pick up the 3 bounce houses we rented, along with a generator that is just sitting there. I told the... read more

I had a family member rent the slide/pool bouncey house. While the kids had a great time, five of the children now have impetigo. Astro jump ensures it wasnt contracted from there bouncy house because they " clean very, very well". I can not say certain that it came from there, however no child had any signs prior to party and since the incubation period of the strep form of impetigo is one to three days, and all five children developed the infection in one to three days, I felt I should let astro jump know of this occurance... read more
