The selection is what led me to look at their website. Once I spoke to the staff(Stephanie I believe) I realized they were very interested in my having a great experience. They were very professional through the whole process. I highly recommend Astro Jump and will definitely be using them again.

Astro Jump did a tremendous job working with us to provide fun entertainment at our company family picnic! The Zorb Balls were a huge hit even in 90 degree weather. The set-up crew did a great job working with the event venue staff and they were prompt and courteous both on set-up and tear-down. We made several changes to our order from the original order to the final order, and Robert's help and quick responses made it easy. I recommend them for your event!

We rented bouncy house with the water slide for our grand-daughters Birthday on 8/20 Astro Jump was professional, on time, explained everything! We couldn't be happier!! I even got a thank you note yesterday from them!! Great customer service! We will be renting again from Astro Jump!

We called on short notice and received great service--from the people who scheduled us, to the follow up call confirmation, to the gentlemen who set up and took down the slide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Astro Jump Louisville provided such great service for our party. After looking online and being unsure of what kind of bounce house we wanted, the employees were patient with me and explained in great detail all of the different options so that I could choose the best one for our party. They made the process very clear so I would know exactly what to expect with the timeline (deposit, delivery, final charge, etc.).
