I got a truck from them in June and as of today 9/29 I still don't have the title. They told me the paper work was mailed in July to the DMV, I called Carson City today and was told they got the paper work on Sept 19th and the title was mailed to me on 9/23. NO body at this place knows how to answer a phone, your put on hold for a long time. I found beer can's in the bathroom sink. WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN.? Run for your life. What a F-----g joke. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Car lot is dirty. Cars are dirty, some cars have flat tires. One employee runs around town with cars off the lot. Putting more miles on cars that already have high millage. When you Call they will put you on hold and forget about you. I was sitting inside the office area, they have 2 small dogs inside and one of the dogs went after a small kid, they thought it was funny. That family left. DON'T SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!
Don't be surprised for me check another auto dealer.
