UGLY, over priced and very sloppily built..Look at the wall facing the alley and all the cracks in the concrete..This place is less than 6 months old.
Great apartments! i love the view and everything is close. Markets, restaurants, bars, amazing pleace, and the management team are the best!
Great project with one of the most amazing rooftop terraces in Seattle!
I do think this place has one of the best rooftops I have seen so far among the many other apartments. You get a whole 360 view experience of the waterfront, space needle, upper queen anne, Mt Rainier, and downtown Seattle. Lots of amenities and 24 hour lounge, media room, and fitness center.
