The wait for treatment was brief. I believe the treatment plan was appropriate given the X-rays didn’t indicate a serious problem. My only complaint is that the treating physician did not introduce himself when he entered the room, did not spend time with us to go over results of X-ray and treatment plan. He was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes without making a connection with us. Very different from previous visits to Astria.
RecommendedMy grandson broke his femur and elbow on trampoline I got to hospital a nervous wreck he had to have surgery I was like mind blown 😥Thanks to amazing staff and I mean everyone we had the best care they did not think of my grandson but they took care of me to.Thank you ❤️
Great experience and wasn't sent home and told to just take ibuprofen for the pain earlier in the day like memorial when I ended up having a bad infection in my leg that i ended up needing 4 different antibiotic and 5 days in the hospital
They attend me really fast I didn't have to wait a lot and then the doctor went over there like 2 hours they did X-rays and everything and I had a surgery for my appendix it was really good but a lot of pain but so far now really good
Worse experience ever the nurse was yelling at my 3 year old daughter that was in a lot of pain the wait in the room was for ever and staff was very rude and very unprofessional i will never come back there
This Hospital is a Shitt hole the Mark that helped us yestrday treated us like shitt I will never go to this shitt hole of hospital ever ...🖕🏼💩✊🏼
Wait time was minimal, got immediate attention once in the room. Didn’t have to wait forever for the doctor to come in. Staff was friendly, attentive and compassionate. Got a consultation and referral to a specialist right away. In and out, X-rays and all in less than 2 hours. Not bad for a broken arm.
