Horrible patient care in ER Christmas Eve from nurse Kirsten
I am extremely unsatisfied with any care I've received at astria. I've had a surgery scheduled for over 2 months and they called me two days before my surgery and claimed they didn't have the equipment. Utterly unacceptable and no other hospital would ever, ever do this to its patients.
