Shary at AstraWatt has been excellent throughout the process. The install work was done by Luis Orellana, a master electrician. Luis is a master electrician and his attention to detail and safety was superb. With Shary working in the background providing insights and instruction to Luis, the two made an incredible team to deliver a first class install of our new solar batteries.
Any contractor project for a home is just loaded with the opportunity for errors and frustration, and taking on solar with all of its unknowns and new terminology and usage makes it ripe for confusion and anger. We got our Enphase rooftop solar panel system, micro inverters, and batteries installed in December 2024. From giving me a breakdown of what I'm paying for, what's included, and a competitive quote to scheduling my work, and doing a thorough, non-rushed job, this was truly worth every penny. Shary did an amazing job with the quote, planning, scheduling and Luis (electrician) did a thorough job installing and testing the system to ensure that it works to my satisfaction.
