I moved into these apartments on 7/31/23. I was moved into a molded unit when I reported smelling mold I was told that’s not what I’m smelling. The property manager is Terrible I have never been through nothing like this in my life. My pipe burst and they refuse to properly repair the unit. I have been out of my home since 10/5/23.
Astoria Park is a terrible place to live. The management treats the tenants very badly. They do not honor their end of the contract. They don't fix anything. Some of the tenants do not have heat in the winter or air conditioning in the summer. There are mice and cockroaches everywhere. They don't fix leaks so the ceilings are soft and caving in in some of the apartments. There is trash everywhere. My stove was broken for weeks and they never came even after many requests.
