worst place someone could move into.. rent is sky high for very little.. hard wood floors on the second story?? i could literally hear them talking and even when they put a can on the floor.. this is illegal in Florida.. apartment manager attacked me while trying to renew my lease.. i ended up suing this complex after the manager went after my kids. dogs not on leashes.. dog park is a death trap. stay away.. stay far far away
If I could give this less stars, I would. Not only did they NEVER give us a screen for our porch, there was a giant gaping hole under our counter that they promised to fix for the entire year. They also never put a filter in the AC unit, and after repeatedly asking for them to check it, maintenance had to use ACID to clean the buildup left behind (THAT WE WERE BREATHING IN FOR A YEAR) We cleaned our unit top to bottom when moving out, and not only did they keep our deposit for "cleaning" but lied about a stain on our carpet,... read more
The staff are wonderful and they do a great job of maintaining the complex.
No concern for anyone in the complex, or willingness to listen to what you have to say. People up front have an attitude problem, and if they don't like what you say, they just hang up on you. Besides everything is dirty, leaks, or is broken and takes forever to be resolved.
Absolutely Love this place!! We have one of the most Beautiful Apartments overlooking the Pool and Palm Trees. Such an amazing view to wake up to!
Too expensive. Dirty. Playground is nasty. Nothing luxury about this complex. Maintenance takes forever to do anything. The rent is far too much for what you get living here.
