We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Asterios Tsimpas for the outstanding care he provided to our daughter during her AVM treatment. From the beginning, he was calm, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain a complex situation and answer all our questions. Most importantly, the results were amazing, and our daughter’s outcome exceeded our expectations. We felt confident and supported throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend Dr. Tsimpas highly enough.
Dr.Tsimpas was truly amazing. My husband, Troy, was the patient . Dr. Tsimpas was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made us feel heard and supported, and we are so grateful for his care. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Tsimpas’s exceptional expertise. I suffered a stroke on July 6, 2025, and his rapid diagnosis, immediate administration of TNK, and flawless clot-removal procedure saved my life. Because of him, I am recovering with no deficiencies which is incredibly rare. His precision, confidence, and calm leadership made all the difference. The MemorialCare staff was wonderful as well, but Dr. Tsimpas is the reason I’m here today. I am forever grateful.
I live in Irvine and was having a stroke so they transfered me to one of two stroke centers. Dr. Tsimpas was at the Saddleback Hospital. He identified the placement of the of the blood clot and was able to remove it quickly. I was happy to be in the care of such a qualified physician who quickly took care of me. I am lucky that no damage was done by the stroke. I couldn’t be happier!
My husband fell while we were visiting friends in San Clemente. He suffered a fracture in his cervical spine and blew out a disc. He could have ended up a quadriplegic from his injury. Because we were from out of town, we didn’t have the luxury of selecting a neurosurgeon. I’m quite glad it worked out that way.
