My husband fell while we were visiting friends in San Clemente. He suffered a fracture in his cervical spine and blew out a disc. He could have ended up a quadriplegic from his injury. Because we were from out of town, we didn’t have the luxury of selecting a neurosurgeon. I’m quite glad it worked out that way. Dr. Tsimpas was referred to me after I had a brain MRI scan done, in which bilateral incidental ICA aneurisms were found. Dr. Tsimpas took the time to answer all my questions before I even asked them. The risks vs. benefits of treating the aneurisms (or not) were clearly explained to me. Armed with all the knowledge needed, the decision to move forward with treatment (or not) was complete left up to myself. Incredible neurosurgeon and office staff, Kylie!!! I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Tsimpas. I sought his help because my mom has a meningioma in her brain, located in a vessel that not many neurosurgeons have experience with. He and his entire team took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me; he is truly a remarkable person. Kylie is also very approachable and kind, always ready to assist with any situation like this. Thank you for your service in circumstances like these!!!
Dr. Tsimpas is absolutely amazing. I was admitted into the hospital with sever back pain, I was diagnosed with Cauda Equina Syndrome. He was able to do incredible surgery and I am now free of pain. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for him and his staff. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs back surgery. Thank you for giving me my life back!
Dr. Tsimpas has performed a miracle for me. I had been suffering with spinal stenosis and I was unable to walk or stand for 5 minutes without both legs becoming completely numb and being unable to function with life's challenges. He performed laminectomy surgery, starting at L2 to S1. I just had my 3-month post surgery and the issues i had are no longer present. Thank you, Dr Tsimpas!
