I applied for these apartments about 4 years ago maybe a little more and when I got to the top of the list I was told that it was out of my price range and it's supposed to be income based so I'm not really sure if this is an actual income based apartment complex or not but I'm on a fixed income. And I don't understand why I would be on such a long waiting list or any waiting list if it's not income based.
Came here to visit my daughter, love it. Has a very closed-in neighborhood feel. Very cute apartments.
Nice, warm, homelike feel to it here, but then, when you have the unfortunate run-ins with the "homesteaders" here, that all changes real quick like......they must not have very pleasant or interesting lives around here, because they seem to have the bad need to nose around in your life, instead of paying attention to their own lives..... it's a shame, honestly.
