I've been living here for a while now...this is one of the best apartment complex I've ever live in...they always cather yo your needs. I would recommend it to everyone
They advertise as a preferred apartment complex with upgraded amenities . Well everything is broken. Grills, lounge chairs, tvs, firepits and they tell you it's on order but then never comes in. I have had mold that covers my window and have requested 10 times to clean it and has not. Now the gates to get to pool , gym and grills are broken so now you can only use them during office hours10-6 umm I work during those hours. Loved our time living here. Never had a problem. Very quiet place. Everyone in the office were nice and helpful. Grounds were beautiful and we loved the pool area. Didn’t want to leave but moved to the East Coast.
I have lived here over a year and it was my first choice when I moved to Naples. Staff is attentive, professional, maintenance is superb, and facilities are immaculate. I will continue to live here as long as I rent in Naples. 5 stars
My parents live here during the winter months and they love it at Aster Lely Resort. Pool, weight room, restrooms, and patio our always well kept up. It's a beautiful place!!
