RecommendedI do like the space, the maintenance guys are the best and friendly, I also like the front staff- but I posted a picture here complaining about people's laziness and it was taken down. I was gonna post another complaint today about our 3rd floor dogs pooping in the back yard and no-one picks up! How do I know- i walk this entire complex and its the only spot where there are numerous 6-10 big poops- and I finally saw the guy letting his dog out and not picking up ( no camera in hand, lol)
Horrifying, year long experience with office staff. Really pretty apartments, but ask yourself if rubbing shoulders with vindictive women like Marnie and Stephanie is worth it. I consider myself easy to get a long with and well liked in my profession among patients and peers, but it was impossible to feel comfortable in my own community because of the continuous discrimination my husband and I received. My wife and I moved to Naples Fl in December of 2018. We visited Aster and really enjoyed the apartment layout and the location of the community. The staff that we started with was overhauled less than two weeks of us moving in. The new staff that took over we almost impossible to deal with. We had an issue take play on 12/31- 1/1 with another tenant in the parking lot shooting fire works at 0200 in the morning. My wife and I have a beautiful dog who like many other dogs does... Relocating to Aster at Lely Resort has been such a good experience. The entire staff has been so professional, helpful, and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well kept. They go above and beyond to ensure that people feel welcome and that residents are happy with their homes.
Management is horrible. Do not want to leave in there

The management here are very friendly and they do their best to make life here great. They throw an event for the residents once a month if they can. Also, they are great at listening to residents with their concerns, whether it's good or bad. When you go into the office they are always welcoming and ready to help you when they can. Love the apparntments, love the amenities, love everyone in the front office and love the fun and friendly vibe you get living here. Best apartment complex I have ever lived in hands down.
