I'm a remote employee supporting Agensys in Santa Monica for the past two years and it's been great so far. I have a wonderful Manager located in Northbrook and the benefits are exceptional! Astellas is really about caring for their employees, always looking to enhance the perks. The only negative feedback is their infertility benefits. You have to spend thousands of dollars first in order for you to be covered. This is a major issue with same sex couples as it's difficult to qualify and again spend at least 5 digits first.
