As soon as the three month initial period was up they jacked the rent up $50 over the price we signed up for. The prices they are currently offering online don’t even add up to this new price. Beware of this place
I rented a 10x15 unit and I got two five by 15 units separated by a wall it was not conducive to my storage needs at all and I did not appreciate being told that I was getting a 10x15 unit when I received two five by 15 units I thought it would have to purchase one lock but I ended up having to purchase two because of the fact that they said it was a combined unit was not combined it was separated by a wall so my experience was not very good at all
The office staff (Virginia and Nick) have been the most fun folks to visit in the office. They make it a pleasure to come by and pay my bill. My storage unit is clean, well maintained, and convenient. I even attached a picture of my clean and neat space at move it (I showed it to them and bragged lol) I’ll forever recommend this place to my friends and family in need. Keep it up guys!!
They had the best prices around me area and they were very easy to work with.
