After a real struggle to get the system installed correctly, the security product worked fine for a while - if not reporting an alarm is "fine." Then, when parts needed replacement (including just batteries), 3 requests on 3 separate occasions for assistance were ignored. Business voicemail box is full, so I was forced to text our cancellation request. Response from owner was "Awesome." How bizarre and childish.
This is a response to Nichole B Barry's review of Assured Protection Systems, a review that is not from an actual client of this business! There has never been a client by this name, every record of every client for over 30 years of business is kept in order to be responsive to each client's needs. Assured Protection Systems used bait and switch on me so they could charge me more than they should have for the parts they installed. I checked the parts I had installed. I looked up the part numbers online and saw I was charged thousands for parts that only costs hundreds. When I told them about it they acted like there was a billing error. Then a friend of mine from church said that the parts installed in their business did not have any part numbers or labels on it. I guess after I complained they removed all of the stick... read more
