Top notch service for us. We were in need of care and Assured In Home Care and Dale/Carla were responsive and professional. They knew exactly our needs and were able to send us a caregiver that could help with our day to day. We would highly recommend them without question.
Carla and her team helped my 88 year old dad after a fall that resulted in his inability to walk or care for himself. All care takers where truly compassionate and engaged with my dad and gave my mom the much needed support during this trying time. They assisted my dad with his physical therapy exercises and after 3 months he is was able to walk independently again and has regained his strength. Thinking about finding a caregiver to care for our mother was a daunting task until a friend of mine shared Assured with me. My friends mother Linda is at Irvine Cottages and they are so impressed with the care she is receiving. My friend said that Assured is the same owners as Irvine Cottages and they give exceptional service and their caregivers are wonderful too! The caregivers from Assured InHome Care who took care of my mom were wonderful! My family and I were blessed indeed to have such nice caregivers. We also found Carla and her staff (a special shout-out to Casey) to be great to work with; they were so kind and helpful.
