Have gone through 5 devices/units - told something different EVERY time by two reps and MANY phone calls! Original black watch never held a charge, sent replacement- same issue. Send a replacement but it was wrong ( not watch) Told “I don’t even know what that is” when describing the tear drop pendant - AFTER telling them my mother needs a Watch style repeatedly. Thank you for being there in my mom's time of need. Your staff was wonderfully patient and understanding when she called for help as she could not call her daughters because she had dropped her phone. It was surprising to receive a call from you so early in the morning but also so very gratifying to know she had peace of mind knowing you were only a push button away to help her. She passed, but was able to live in her own home until she passed feeling safe.
