Awful customer service. They take weeks to months to return calls. My "new" HVAC system was installed 11/22. (I've been trying to get them out since JULY 2024 to fix an issue). Additionally, their work is S**T. They used my original (outdated) HVAC duct system that's patchy, full of holes and didn't replace any of the insulation or properly reinstall it at the least.. resulting in a breeding ground for mold every time we have a hot/humid day. November ******* Assured Comfort Services removed the old failing duct wrap, re-connected the duct, sealed and insulated to industry standards. Ms ********* was happy with the results. Although this was not in our original scope of work at her home we are quite happy to get this taken care of for her.

Ms ********* contracted Assured Comfort Services to replace the Heat Pump and Air Handler at her home in November 2022. She agreed to the terms of the replacement of said equipment only; duct work was never mentioned as part of the replacement. At no point did Ms. ********* ask to have the ducting looked at or state that there was an issue. This duct work is in the garage of the home, is over 20 years old and installed by a previous company.
