Awful customer service. They take weeks to months to return calls. My "new" HVAC system was installed 11/22. (I've been trying to get them out since JULY 2024 to fix an issue). Additionally, their work is S**T. They used my original (outdated) HVAC duct system that's patchy, full of holes and didn't replace any of the insulation or properly reinstall it at the least.. resulting in a breeding ground for mold every time we have a hot/humid day. Ms ********* contracted Assured Comfort Services to replace the Heat Pump and Air Handler at her home in November 2022. She agreed to the terms of the replacement of said equipment only; duct work was never mentioned as part of the replacement. At no point did Ms. ********* ask to have the ducting looked at or state that there was an issue. Terrible service. My HVAC system, installed in 11/2022, has mold and condensation issues due to old ducts they reused. Unresponsive, unaccountable, and took months to address the problem.
RecommendedGreat company! They came out on a day hot enough to make the devil sigh and fixed my AC unit. Great customer service!
Assured Comfort responded promptly to my emergency. When our A/C failed in 90° weather I called hoping to get put on the schedule and to my surprise, they came out the very same day. Parts were ordered and they promptly returned, as promised, to make the necessary repairs. I definitely recommend them. Well done Assured Comfort.
