I am adding my review to this site and AMS seems to remove reviews from their Google Reviews site when a homeowner has a negative issue with AMS. Their customer service is very rude and the owner hangs up on homeowners when you challenge her. My review was removed and she will only allow positive reviews on her site to improve her overall score, just like the previous homeowner stated! My wife and I are reposting the following message since AMS removed our last post roughly 1 year ago from google reviews and Yelp. As a real estate agent for 15 years, and living in a townhome complex for 6 years, AMS managed, I would highly recommend reading the following as it might save you time from moving into an association complex that AMS handles or hiring them to handle your daily association work.
