It feels like this group is very tone-deaf when it comes to notices it is sending during a world-wide pandemic that endangers everyone. It seems very cruel to force people to have to hire contractors who may have covid-19 or be exposed to covid-19. It also feels like they are just making a cash-grab when they say they send notifications that never arrive or arrive late because the post office is delivering mail 1-4 weeks late if it gets delivered at all.
Provide homeowners with the proper information to pose complaints against the processes and staff so that we can keep them honest and professional. After all we are the ones paying for their services.
Need to communicate actual violations and how to fix them...not bare details with no proof.
AVOID!!!! Horrible experience. AMAG tried to to bill me for several "violations" but no one would return emails or calls even when I spoke with the Leisa, the main principle in the company. Charged me an outrageous fee to give me an HOA release letter that literally took them 5 minutes to complete. Only way I got release letter was because I threatened to sue them and HOA.
