i’ve waited several months in the hopes of having a follow-up email from this office but have received none. the initial - and only - response that I received from this office is concerning, and the lack of follow-up afterwards is equally, if not more concerning. the attached photos include my limited and upsetting interactions with tracey - who appears to remain employed at this office.
This practice is extremely well run and accommodating. They were able to fit my son in on short notice and broke down possible treatment plans very clearly. Cynthia Duhamel PA was great to deal with and very thorough. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
I've been twice for the same ear pain. Saw 2 different ENT specialists. Neither did anything. I saw another ear doctor a few years ago from Umass & was looking for 2nd opinion. I didn't get it. Dr. Du was very rude & dismissive & literally walked out on me Cindy Duhammel was was nice but also did nothing except look in my ears. I don't understand why neither treated me. I still have the ear problem & pain. I would never recommend this facility
