Terrible service
After years of excellent service from office staff, nurses and doctors, I spoke with the rudest and coldest receptionist/ scheduler yesterday. I’m 73 and have never been treated so poorly by a medical office. Absolutely inexcusable to treat patients this way, let alone a long standing one

I brought years of documented medical records to this office regarding ongoing ear fluid and sinus pressure. Despite clearly showing my symptoms, the ENT dismissed my concerns multiple times, refused to order recommended imaging (like MRI), and did not provide treatment they said they would (like a prescribed steroid spray).
