This is the best place ever! I went in with my face so big, you couldn't even recognize who I was. He immediately got me in, did x-rays and planned my emergency surgery right there. I was in great hands from the moment I went in there, to when I left. He explained everything to me in detail, including the medicine I would be taking, the care I would need to do and the follow-up. I was treated like an actual patient/person from everyone in that office. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.
Dr. McPhilips and his staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend his work!!!
Julio Richer Visited Dr. John McPhillips today for the consultation of removing a 66 year old Baby Tooth. Although I don't feel any pain, it is missing one side and has a cavity. In its place I will end up with an implant. Visited with Angela in finance and Sherry the nurse, folks I met two years ago in my first visit. Dr. McPhilips is amazing! When you meet him you know you are in the good hands. Of course I was afraid and being in a dental field my self did not help. Dr. McPhilips totally disarmed my "fears". From the moment I call, I was guided through, I was helped with payments plan which is awesome and this information was given to me without asking. So far so good! They have been flexible with my schedule and have been awesome with their work!
Dr. McPhillips and his staff is AWESOME! At my age having two wisdom teeth (an one was impacted. I had anxiety to say the least. Other than feeling groggy from the IV and pain meds I am so thankful and blessed, Best group of professionals inHEB area !!!
