If you are looking for substandard phone center service for a company that holds all your medical information then this is your place! You can spend hours on hold and never talk to a single person. This is quite literally the worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. They make it difficult to get care and they are rude. I’ve been trying to get labs for months now and each place they have sent me too aren’t capable of giving labs and they are impossible to get an answer out of them. DO NOT GO HERE
This used to be a beautiful facility. Ever since the switch to Village Medical, the level of care is poor to non-existent. Have seen more than 6 providers in a year - never the same person twice, and it's because they're all leaving the facility. Can often take weeks to get appointments. "Go see urgent care" is their go-to, which is staffed by PAs who are terribly un helpful. If you try to call, you are routed through a call center in another location. Ever since Village bought out Associates & family, its quality has gone into the ground. Called to make the appointment, they claimed I was a new patient despite going last year. I had to fill out all new paperwork, only for them to pull up my info at the office. They barely spoke to me, Dr. Madden made me feel like an idiot for scheduling a check-up.
